Our philosophy is to manage each hotel as an operating business, not just a financial asset, thereby ensuring our financial success today and asset growth tomorrow. We provide each hotel with a seasoned GM and sales staff performing on an incentive basis.
Our marketing department uses a unique blend of competitive knowledge, market segment analysis and audience definition. We also cross-sell all of our properties within geographic metro areas. Our portfolio currently includes eight properties with the following national franchise flags: Marriott, Best Western and Park Inn.
