The Bernstein Companies Hotel Division currently consists of four hotels, located in Washington, D.C., Bethesda, Maryland, and Annapolis, Maryland. In the past 30 years, we have developed, owned and operated over 2,000 hotel rooms. Our portfolio of hotels includes award-winning franchises of Courtyard by Marriott, Springhill Suites by Marriott, Best Western and Golden Tulip.

As a third-generation family-owned company who has been doing business in Washington DC for over 75 years, we understand the value of relationships.
